uploads to Verizon webpage
Hi.. anyone have a webpage on Verizon? Their help is non-existent. I've uploaded some text files to my account, but can't find them, and don't know how to post them on my site. All email inquiries return only boiler-plate messages which are of no help. My account page shows no sign of the files that i uploaded. With AT&T it was so simple.. but AT&T didn't have DSL when I switched to DSL from dialup.
Any help appreciated.. I know it's a long-shot. cuzzzzz |

When you can get quality hosting for 5 bucks a month and a domain name for 9 bucks a year, it doesn't make a lot of sense to use an ISP's free account when it's so restricted and unintuitive.

Hi;
We have a verizon website, and I gave most of the space to my sons. They just used the site builder and were able to get a page or 2 up and running pretty quickly and easily. In your case, if all you did was upload a few text files to a folder on the webserver, then you need to actually do some html coding, or build your self an actual web page and save that and upload that, or just use their site builder. You have to have a home page built in html format and uploaded for you to be able to see anything when you access the website. EDIT: Sorry if you already knew this, reading your post again I see that you probably know this but just can't even see the uploaded files on your account page, probably all you can do is try again. I have used ftp back when we first got verizon and that worked for me back then...
