Design Color Schemes?

I have searching all over for a well-rounded color scheme generator for designing webpages. As of right now, I use the old Photoshop CS from '03 and the custom color picker it uses does not really help me at all. I am either in need of a freeware program or a website that can help me choose my colors.

I have found a few that I have tried to use, but they do not breakdown what color should be used at what point in the design. I have found one that does the exact opposite of what I just described, but the colors it chooses are just grades of the color I want to start with. It does not give me an option to compliment the colors to mix up the site a little bit.

Any insight here?

Also, do the newer Adobe programs have a better color scheme palette to use? Does anyone know? I have been looking into upgrading sometime, so this would just be for future reference.

Thanks FF. I had been using Google to find results and I did come across the first link that you gave yesterday. Thats what I had been looking for.

I was also wondering if anyone knew if the new versions of Photoshop or Illustrator had some sort of color scheme generator integrated into the software?

I really like Kuler. It's from Adobe and supposedly it integrates into CS4. I'm using CS2 myself and haven't tried to integrate.

If you register you can save different combinations and view them later.

Wow, thank you Spools. I took a look at this one and so far, so good. Thanks for the link!
