Photoshop website into dreamweaver

Ive created my website using Photoshop. And ive loaded the HTML into Dreamweaver. Everything looks great except when I load the page in the browser. When I do that the website is aligned left and the background is white. How can I align my HTML center and change the background color? Seems like it would be easy but I can not figure this out.

Ok, I figured it out. If anyone else wants to know all you have to do is zoom out in dreamweaver. Then put your cursor over the white boarder and drag over you HTML document. Then at the bottom right select align center. Thats it.
