Greetings!
At: www.restaurantrange.com/, and it's subpages, can someone tell me why the message is not scrolling at the bottom bar as at: www.restaurantequipment1.com/. Also, on one of my computers, it's not scrolling on any of the pages. Many Thanks in advance!!! Jack

There is not such thing as a "bannerAd" tag in HTML.
All html code must be within the HTML tag. You have some divs outisde of the HTML tag. Your last style tag is not closed I would recommend running that page through an html validator. There are probably a number of other minor issues causing problems.

Thanks Flow,
Glad You enjoyed the site; It's been a winner for me (except with democrats) !!! I was able to fix the initial problem and now the scrolling shows! But I am still not seeing it on my main computer (I use three in front of me). Could it have something to do with the security settings? Jack

If you're using different browsers, I wouldn't be surprised if they showed different results.

Yeah,
I'm using IE7 on the one that's not showing. I have to find a way to roll back to IE6 because there have been other problems since I "upgraded"??? I guess there is a way to go back to 6. Anyway, Thanks for Your help Force!!!!! Best Regards, Jack

If you want to test using different versions of IE, you can use http://browsershots.org, or go with virtual PC and MS's provided images
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/vir...l-pc-2007.aspx The images (the current ones expire Aug 31) http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en I do not recommend going back to IE6...it's not a secure browser. But yes, because of the haphazard coding techniques used in those webpages, you will certainly see different results in different browsers. |
