Pre-Page?
This is what I would like to know how to do...
User clicks on a link and a popup comes up asking the user to agree to the terms and conditions of whatever. User MUST accept in order to continue to the actual page. Anyone know how to do this? The obvious workaround to this is to make the link go to a page with the terms & conditions and make the "I Agree" link to the actual page. However the end user could just simply copy the "I Agree" link skip the whole agreeing to terms & conditions which I would like to prevent from happening.

Have the page pop-up as a link and when the user clicks on the agree button it directs him or her to the proper web-page, if they don't agree they are directed outside of the website or a page that you design. In other words Force them to make a choice.
