Angry Fire Menu not alligned

On some pages my SIDE MENU is right where it needs to be UP at the top even with the rest of the page. But on some computers a few at my other job the menu is at the bottom (the top of the menu is even with the bottom of the posts) I have adjusted the page to reflect a GAP (dont know the actual name) inbetween the page/post and the sidebar

Please help! I am new to PC MECH and no one answered my last post, hopefullysomeone can help here. Here is the link to the pages I am building, do they work on your screens?

It looks fine on IE8, what version of IE or what other browser is being used by the other machines you have viewed your site from?

A lot of people teased me over the fact that I used Microsoft Frontpage to make my website many years ago but it was all I knew at the time, one thing that stuck out in my mind was the fact that I had to keep checking how my site looked in different browsers.

Looks fine in Google Chrome, Firefox 4, Internet Explorer 8.

I'm using one monitor, at 1680x1050.

DJ Stretch, could you post up a screen shot to show us what you're seeing?

While on the page, try pressing CTRL + 0 (Zero on the numpad), this will reset your zoom level.
