opening an *.LL preview file

Hello, I'm not sure where to ask this, but thought this maybe the best place. I sell on ebay and use an auction management program to track everything. It has an export feature to create a file to import into exel. But the problem is that it doesn't export everything. I can do reports in the program, but it will only print the reports or there is a save feature, but it only saves them as a *.LL extension. Is there any program that I could use to open the *.LL file to be able to use the info in Excel? It was one of those deals that they said they were going to create an export feature and I have been waiting all year to use it and now it doesn't give me the information that I need to put my sales into Quickbooks. i have a major mess and running out of time to do my stuff for tax time.I', desperate folks.......
