We are talking about using those for site management, I believe. Right now our host is Godaddy. He wants to offer hosting, says he will try to meet their price (once I tell what it is) and says they use industry standard things and that I don't know what I am missing if I haven't used those. Although I have no real point of comparison, GoDaddy's tools, control panel and such seem hard to find and use.
He is also willing to offer their managing our site too.

My sites use cPanel. It's OK. I hardly ever need to tamper with it, doing most of the management with Dreamweaver.

Well, I don't have an HTML editor per se. He is designing the site with CSS and I am deciding which way to manage the site if we are going to do it.

Yeah, it's fine. It's one of the widely accepted standards.
