Free voip server like teamspeak or ventrillo?

Hi all

I am trying to find software to host my own vent style server. I pay a god awful amount of money for my unlimited up and down on my web hosting. Don't get me wrong I have used it a lot; when you have unlimited databases and space ya kinda go crazy at first. Needless to say I have used the hell outa it for hosting websites.

What I am wondering, is there any software out there to setup my own VOIP server similar to ventrillo or teamspeak? I have setup servers with them but it seems ridiculous to pay them to host my voice server when I have my own damned hosting of unlimited size.

Now don't get me wrong I'm no web genius but I'm not a newb either.

Any ideas folks?

why not just use teh ventrillo or teamspeak server client...its free to use

Mumble is another and I think there is another one thats also free and unlimited but I'd have to ask my buddy

Well I would and do use both of them but I have to pay monthly if I want more people on at once. There are times when we have four 25 man raids going at once as well as two of my roommates have guilds them selves and use the vent server as well. What I'm getting at is even on a good day there can be close to 200 or 300 people on at once...Bad days are usually at least 100 people. So as you can see I need something a little more "mine" if you will... Plus I have the hosting
