edditing a java applet template...

I need to edit a template written in java for a drop down menu. I'm using windows...what program do you suggest I use to edit this?

Be easy on me please, I'm new to the java thing.lol I know it's work, but I want the result...I'm willing to learn. Have to start somewhere.

If you mean that you want a simple IDE, I recommend JCreator [ www.jcreator.com ], if you want an advanced one, try Forte4Java [ http://wwws.sun.com/software/Developer-products/ ]

Both are free.
