I don't really know of any good sites but there are some very good books available from large book stores and Amazon has a good range to get you off the starting blocks. Start with something simple and work your way up.

Do a search in Amazon for "Delphi" under books.
I started with "Sams Teach Yourself Delphi in 21 Days" If your starting from scratch get a beginners guide, and then buy an intermediate level one. You can also have a look in your local book store. I'm sure they will have something. I've found books to be very useful and the "Sam's" book that I bought came with a CD with all of the code needed for the lessons in the book in case you got stuck. Very helpful! |
