Question about PHP?

what is Php? and what is PHP+Ming? is that Ming is another language. what is PHP use for. how do i include it into my web page. i try that before to include in my web page, but it doesn't work isn't there any specific software that i need to download in order to use PHP.

PHP is a programming language for designing dynamic web pages, unlike HTML files, which always remain the same.
PHP can be used for creating general purpose applications, but it's more popular in web design.
Ming is a programming library for generating Flash movies, can be used from several languages like C and PHP.
So instead of creating the movies using Flash, you can create them by programming.
As for making PHP scripts work, the web host you are using needs to support PHP, which can be done by downloading and installing PHP from ( www.php.net ), steps differ from web server to another, details can be found in the readme file that comes with PHP.
If you are using a free host, it's possible that this web host doesn't support PHP.
