Question

I was wondering how I take a program written in Visual Basic 6, and compile it to run on the 16-bit Windows 3.1 platform? Any thoughts?

You can't do it with the VB6 runtime. If you compile it in VB4 it will work. (But you will have to change quite some code to get it working)
