Removing/Editing files in a .exe
I'm trying to edit or remove some files from a certain executable. This executable has a series of text documents and some others inside of it or maybe creates them as the program runs. I just want to know if there is a utility out there that will allow me to view the contents of this .exe and edit them. I've been using a trial program called PE Explorer and it shows me certain things but I can't edit the ones I want. Any help would be nice.

I should mention that I have very little comprehension of programming but I'm more than willing to learn and I catch on rather fast.
