HTML Help
I am taking a class in college to learn HTML. I need to turn in a good basic web page with links, guest book, hit counter and little nit-picky things to dress it up. I have written all the code but can't find any info on certain things that I must have:
1) How do I put scrolling text that flashes at the bottom of Explorer's window? 2)I need a free hit counter, are there easier one's to get than those that make you create an account first? I guess the main question, is there a site that you might recommend that has basic to advanced HTML help?
