fqpissed Need help on my webpage

Hey everyone. I am currently in the process of building a webpage with Microsoft Frontpage 2002. I have many video and audio files which I would like to put on my website, however, I don't know how. How can I make it so they open with Windows Media Player on the website? Also, how do I go about getting small clips of my video files? Because I would only like to use small portions or small clips and I don't want to add the whole video file. I want to make my page so that when people visit my site, they just click on the audio or video link and it would play them for me. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
