please help!! ASP

hi guys

heres my situ.. i have designed a website that allows asp and odbc setting..i have found a suitable hosting provider and i have one problem regarding the website.

the website is for a cricket club and they want to provide a facility that will allow members to provide their availability online.. attached is the page that i have designed but i have one problem. i need to get the info from the page either into a database or a text file. each time a user fills there availability and presses the submit button the info from that page is stored either into the txt file or databse but does NOT overwrite it. the DNS name is ltcc.

Please can anyone tell/show me how its done. i have looked at website and forums but no luck.
