Microsoft Visual C++ 6 Tutorial?
I'm looking for a Microsoft Visual C++ Tutorial or refrence material. I know how to program C++, I'm just looking for info about how to work MS Visual C++. I just figured out how to make a custom icon for a program, I'm proud. Anyways, does anybody know a good website or a decent book that would help me? Thanks!

What kind of a tutorial? Are you looking for one discussing console programs, Windows programs using WinAPI, Windows programs using MFC?
