frontpage

hello
i am looking for some help using front page,when you first start a project do you guys set up a hyperlink tree.the wayi did was just made a homepage with bullets and tried to add hyperlinks,but i think i should done it the ther way around, im so thick i cant even use frontpage

when i start a project with dreamweaver (similar to front page, i think) i just start with the main page. I usually make som kind of image bar for the right and top of the screen and make those areas the spots for links. However, I'm just learning web page design myself, so it may be the blind leading the blind here...
