What needs to go there?
Can you tell me what this means? [!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN"] (note: [ ] are really < >) I get that it's HTML 4.01, I get that it's in english, but what is transitional and the rest of it?
