Hi All:
I just found out that I can't view Java applets, all I see is a red x. I don't have any idea when this started, as I was able to view them before. I have a program called "What's Installed", and it shows the following ... JavaScript JavaScript is enabled and working. There are 0 Navigator plug-ins installed on your system. I went to a few of the Java script sites looking for this plug-in, but all I could come up with was that I needed to install the following ... j2sdk-1[1].4.2-nb-3.5-bin-windows.exe = 78965 kb I don't remember ever having to install anything like this, or this big of a program before. So I thought I'd better check with this forum first before running that exe. Your thoughts on this problem will be very much appreciated. My System: Win98 with all updates, CPU: Athlon 1.2GHz, Ram: 512Mb, IE: 5.5. And thanks ahead of time !!! Bill Lane P.S. All Security settings are enabled.
