Direct X and Animation
Hi,
I was just starting out programming in DX and was wondering what was some good animation software was. I want to make it the most reallistic graphics i can. I will be using DX 8. Is 9.0a any better? Thanks!

you dont need dx 9, unless you are doing a lot of gaming, i have the exact same problem as you, if I dont check this forum enough, can you send me the replies?

her are some rules about video cards
if you are doinging gaming, get a gaming card if you are doing professional work, get a pro card ex. Ati Fire series if you are doing gaming, but u want to dab ur feet in a little pro work, get a gaming card because pro cards arent designed for gaming and dont contain the same drivers and often dont hhave the latest versions of direct X |

A nice and cheap software package for designing 3D models is MilkShape 3D, you can try it for free here:
