Starting java
hey, i was just wondering if someone could point imy in the right direction. Next year i will b taking computer science, and java is the main focus of that class until like the 3rd year. So i wanted to get started, and learn something about java while i still have time this summer. If anyoen could point my out in the right direction that would b awesome. Thanks!

I dont know if this will help you but this site has tutorials on web programing and things like that. I took a tutorial on frames and java script and it got me a realy good note in my tech class. Its called WebMonkey.

There is this book called Computing Concepts with JAVA3 essentials" by cay horstmann. It's not the best book out there but a good start.
