name="content" - problem solved

I was using name instead of target.

Before I tried to add this table to my website I was able to get all the links open in the center frame, but now that I tried it with this table I accidently deleted what I had and now I forgot what it was lol.
If you go to my website (here) and click anything you will see that it opens in the left frame. So my question is what would I add to make all the hyperlinks open in the center frame (the frame next to the hyperlinks)?

Well for some reason its reading the html inside the [code] tags so I dont know whats going on. Heres a link to one that works. Here
