I am trying to research 2 things, and I am becoming a little frustrated:
1.Why doesn’t the 8085-processor support indirect addressing? 2.Part of my program I am writing is to perform parity check on a byte entered by the user in hex, by taking a count of the number of bits set and outputting ‘O’ for odd and ‘E’ for even number of bits set. Instructions which use the parity flag (jpo, jpe) are not acceptable. Any Help would be greatfully welcomed. Regards Nic |
