Matlab student version

Does anyone know if there exist any huge differences between the current Matlab student and professional versions?

I had MATLAB Student edition and it did everything I wanted it to do (for a BEng Electronic Engineering Degree). I can't remember being told of any differences apart from the student edition is alot cheaper but you need proof of being a full-time student when buying it.

Had a quick scoot round the net and couldn't find any reported differences either.
