Automatic Daily tasks

Dear friends, I supose this imply several knowledges:


I want to achieve this task.
(I Suppose only 2 and 3 applies to this forum)

1- Do my computer switch on autimatically every day at the same time.

2- Conect to Internet and open a site.
(This site is: "http://www.mecon.gov.ar/download/puertos/internet.xls" - download an Exel file whith a daily information)

3- "File as" this .xls in an specific folder, but instead of the mane sugested (which is "Internet.xls"), to write for example: "pp 2001-02-15",
2001-02-15, should be the current date (year, month, day).

4- Switch off the computer.
