new cookie question
my cookies only seem to live as long as the browser is open, i can go to other sites and back to mine and its fine, as soon as i close the browser and go onto my site, the cookie is clear?
do i need to set a expiry on it, i thought it lived forever by default!!! any ideas? |

If you don't set the expiry date of a cookie, the cookie remains as long as the window is open, and is deleted when you close the window.
To solve the problem, set the expiry date of the cookie. |
