Saving Antivirus and Spykilling Updates When Reformatting

When you reformat and then reinstall all your programs, many of those programs like Antivirus and Spykillers need to have their programs updated again for virus definitions and spyware definitions like AVG antivirus, Spybot and Ad-aware.

Is there any way that I could some how save the upgraded part of these programs for after a reformat when I reinstall the software so I don't have to spend several hours downloading the upgrades all over again.
