Spam problem..
Ok.. I have this problem with the spyware known as PurityScan.
I have followed their uninstall procedures, nothing happens. I have tried it multiple times. I Have also done the manual uninstalls, nothing happens that way either. I have even gone off and deleted all registry keys pertaining to Purityscan and Clickspring (the maker of purityscan). I do not have any other spyware, or spyware producing applications on my machine. I have also tried using spybot s&d, and it doesnt find anything. Everytime I boot my pc, two purity scan titled boxes come up.. Inside these boxes it says action cancelled.. They will NOT go away. Can anyone help?? Oh, I am running winxp. Thanks in advance

Are you using version 1.3 of spybot? http://download.com.com/3000-2144-10...age&tag=button
Try running adaware as well. What spybot misses or can't get rid of, adaware does, and visa versa.

adaware cleared it for me when i had it, try that.
