Newbie needs help on viruses?
I recently installed a program and believe to have spyware and other viruses on them. I've recieve popups stating go to a website to download this your computers infected. My question is How do I get rid of this? I want to clean out my hdd and anything else and start over new. How do I do this?? I'm currently running win2k.

Dowload AdAware (www.lavasoft.de) and Spybot (www.safer-networking.org) and run them. They will clean out all the spyware on your computer.
