Preventing folders from being modified?

How can I prevent My folders from being renamed or moved to another location? But I want the files in that folder to be edited by cetain users only but not copied, moved, renamed or delete.

Thanks

In general, if someone can edit, they can delete. Think about it, with edit privelege, I could open the file, delete everything from it, then save it. Maybe I haven't deleted it, but it's the same effect.
You can set permissions for a file or folder (in Windows 2000) by right-clicking on it, choose properties and looking at the "security" tab. I assume you're talking about users over a network, but it probably applies to local users just the same.
