Daul boot

Hey,
I just added a new hard drive to my computer and i installed windows xp onto it. Then i installed the old hard drive that already had windows on it. I was thinking it would just go by the old xp. Instead i got a dual boot screen. I removed windows from the old hard drive but i still get the dual boot, how do i get ride of this. Note- one of the options does not work becaus ethat windows is not there.

Not sure how to get rid of it but this might work to prevent the OS list being displayed:

Click start>control panel>system

click the advanced tab and then the settings button by startup and recovery, then set the "time to display list of operating systems" box to 0 seconds. That way the menu will not be shown on startup.

I know it's not really a cure but at least you wont see the annoying boot menu anymore.

Think you need to change the boot.ini file. Here's a how to link. Toward the bottom are directions on removing an OS.
