How do I get my find back :(

I lost my Find or search tab in the start menue. How do I put it back? Thanks

Control Panel->Taskbar->Start Menu->Custom->Advanced

Your operating system might help, but I'll guess you're using XP. Right-click your taskbar, Properties, Start Menu tab, Customize, Advanced tab. You'll then see a list called Start menu items, look for Search/Find and see what it says.

I did what you said but cannot find Search & find in there.

Right-click on the taskbar, choose properties. Then click on the Start Menu tab and choose Customize. Click on the Advanced tab at the top, and check to see if the Search option is checked in Start Menu Items. Hope that helps. If not, you could try getting the TweakUI program and enable it using that.

I got the TweakUI XP 1.0 but can't even find it in there

Sorry guys it was a mistake on my part I found it.Ever feel like a big dummy?

I checked it off by mistake on this program duh!!
