Question DVD Screen Shots

I thought it would be a simple task... just Print Screen and I'd be able to capture a screen shot.

I'm trying to do this with some old kung fu dvd's so I can use them as wallpaper. Is there a reason why I'm not able to take screen shots of DVDs? Is there another way.

Because DVDs. . well I believe any video. . . uses overlay and printscreen does not capture overlay.

For DVD captures you just need to use the capture function of your DVD playback software
