Angry Fire cannot use disc defrag or disk cleanup

I keep getting a note that says that the system 32 file does not exist but when i go and look for the file it is there but will not run. This is for both disc clean up and defragmenter. I need to run both but am unable to. HELPPPPPPP!!!!!!!!!

Welcome to PCMech mmgwife.
Your frist try should be System Restore to a date before the trouble started. If that won't do it then use the XP cd and do a repair install.

Running "sfc" may work also depending on what file you are getting the error with.
