Outlook 2002 woes

I'm not sure if anyone will be able to solve this one easily but what the heck I'm out of options.

I currently have an issue with sending larger sized group e-mails. From what I can tell everything looks sent on my end without any problems but I know for a fact some of the people on my contact list have not received the e-mails. (me being one of them.)

We currently do not have our own exchange server and use an external company for receiving our mail due to our website but I won't get into that issue. I do know that the company we use also does not use an exhange server setup so as for checking confgurations I'm at a bit of a loss.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I can look into to test these settings? I'm also using the same contact list that I am able to send single or smaller group e-mails to.

Any help would be great.
Thanks for listening.

Do you have a spam filter set up? It might be getting false-positives and filtering it out, if its a newsletter i've known this to happen on very aggressive filters.

It is a newsletter that I am sending.
Do you mean in the subject line newsletter might be blocked? As far as I know we don't have a spam filter on but maybe if I change the subject line it will go through.
I'll give that a try.

Sometimes some spam filters block newsletters as they may contain chariaistics (sp?) of spam (i.e. unsubscribe) is there a white list, is the email address on that. Changing the subject may have no effect because spam filters scan the whole email, you can try just emailing it directly to yourself and see if it gets through.

Hmmm... sending it just to me works fine. So the only difference is the multiple contacts. At least from what I can tell.
But I didn't receive it when I was included in the distribution list.
