Display Properties
I got this message from someone from another forum. I told him I would throw it out over here where the experts reside.
Any help that I could pass on would be appreciated. [alright, i'm hoping you can help with this one. a while back (about a month ago) i had to reinstall xp because of something i wont even bother going into. however, if i right click on my desktop and go to properties and then display properties, i have one thing there and it's just my theme. i have no way of changing my screen saver, or turning it off for that matter. i can't get to my refresh rates, or anything like that. anyone know how to fix that? ] |

hmm.. xp pro or home? make sure u set admin options. and how long ago did u reinstall? if its been a while, check for viruses,(virii is the plural isnt it?) trojans, spyware, that kinda stff.

In the quote he said he reinstalled about a month ago. Virus could be a possibility. I'll pass it on to him.
