hello.
i recently bought a used computer. i want to test its performance whcih software do you recommend i use. secondly, i want to find out what the current CPU speed, how much L2 cache does the CPU has. which program i can use to find out all those informations. thirdly. i want to find out what brnad of motherboard am my computer is using. |

Testing depends on what you're looking for. For stability under load, use Prime95. For memory integrity/error checking use Memtest86 or Memtest86+. For comparitive benchmarking, go to PCPitstop.com or PCMark04 (primarily CPU test). Or use 3DMark03 for Vid card testing.
