Unhappy Server network conection fails when new comp logs into roaming profile

Server 2000
Windows 2000

All updated done SP4

ok ive got a new computer that i just joined the domain with...
i can log in using the admin account, but every time i log in with a user account the server loses its network connection and the user gets loged in with a temp account..

The user profiles are about 50MB each, and even the small 10 mb ones will crash it..

the only account that works is the admin account and it is small like 2 mb

to fix the server i must disable and enable the network connection..

Anyone know whats up??
