Windows Has Recovered from a Serious Error

I was wondering if any of you could shed light onto this problem: the computer shut down for no reason and when I rebooted, this crap came up.

C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini062504-01.dmp
C:\DOCUME~1\Justin\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER1.tmp.dir00\sysdata.xml

The power supply is a brand new nspire and all the voltages are fine according to the BIOS monitor. I'm running WinXP SP1 on an Athlon 2600+. I don't know what other information is relevant, so if you need to know more let me know. Thanks in advance to everyone.

Those files just appear to be temp files. Nothing to really worry about.

As for a random reboot, it can be caused may any number of reasons. If you are getting frequent reboots, then it may be attributed to the PSU or RAM. If this was a one time thing, then it was probably a software problem.

If the latter is the case, you don't reallly need to worry about it unless, again, it's a frequent problem.
