Problem with windows xp pro?

hello

recently i went in some problems with my computers. everytime when i use my computer connect to the interenet. it seems getting very slow. and always pop up an error message "lsrv.exe can't read error". i think my computer is infected with virus. and i try to use norton to scan my computer but my norton seem malfunction and tell me to reinstall again. i have installed for more than 3 times. problem still exist. is my computer infected with virus. also, when i try to go to any web page. the browser won't even load up the page. i always change to http:///%www.yahoo.com address when i try to go to http://www.yahoo.com. it ask me do i want to access Media Ticket.

can anyone help me

Scan your PC with House Call. And since your NAV doesn't seem to be working, I suggest you head on over to Grisoft, and download a copy of AVG. You need to have a functional AV.
