Question No Address search

I used to be able to do a website search in the Address bar using IE6. For exampe 'consumer enery' in the Address bar would bring back a results screen showing the sites with 'consumers energy' in the URL. Now I get the following... http:///?%20consumers%20energy in the Address bar and the "Page Cannot Be Displayed" message.

I just ran a Spysweep to get rid of unwanted programs running. Any suggestion on how to get the Address to return to doing the URL search?
