Windows98, AutoCAD and the Internet

My friend has a Windows 98SE computer, and I recently installed a network card into the computer.

For some reason since then, he cannot lod up AutoCAD LT 2004 and the Internet at the same time, he has to close one of them down first, which is a pain as he requires them both for his work.

Is this related to the new network card? And si there a way to fix it?

thanks

The computer is not the one in my signature.

What happens when he tries to run both? Does he get a "not enough resources..." error? If you have an error message that is the same each time, post it here & we'll have a look.

System Requirements for AutoCad 2004

It could be that 98 is not supported by v2004
