Look in the start-up folder, is it there? Start, then run, then MSCONFIG, go to the startup tab, is it there? If it is not in either of these go to run then type services.msc . I don't think it is safe to diable the service, but just set everything up according to http://www.blackviper.com/WinXP/servicecfg.htm (assuming you are on XP).
Then run a virus scan, spyware scans and see if it still comes back. HTH |

Remote Desktop Sharing/Conection, something like that. DO NOT disable anything that BlackViper says is not safe to disable though.

So netmeeting starts up? If its netmeeting open it and look for an option about loading at startup, overwise follow the above steps except looking for netmeeting. Again DO NOT disable a service that BlackViper does not reccomend.

That definetly looks like netmeeting to me. Open netmeeting, tools, options, unselect load netmeeting in the background when windows starts (or something like that). Reboot and see what happens.

When you open that what happens? The icon in the taskbar is what my netmeeting has. Have you checked MSCONFIG for it yet?
