HUGE problem

I have lots of adware and spyware on my computer so i downloaded the Bazooka Adware and Spyware Scanner from download.com. I got directions to remove a specific type of adware. One of the directions was to:

Start the registry editor . This is done by clicking Start then Run. (The Run dialog will appear.) Type
regedit and click OK. (The registry editor will open.) Delete 'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Classes \ CLSID\
{0494D0D1-F8E0-41ad-92A3-14154ECE70AC}', if it exists

However I was rather stupid and in stea of deleteing {0494D0D1-F8E0-41ad-92A3-14154ECE70AC} from under CLSID, I deleted CLSID. I noticed this immediately but didn't think much of it. But when I restarted my computer the screen showed up but an error message popped up saying that "Explorer" had an error and would shut down immediately. It did and after I closed that window nothing loaded on the screena nd I was left with my mouse pointer and my wallpaper on the screen, and nothing else. I really don't know what to do and need immediate help. Please help me with thisa problem, any help is greatly appreciated!

Choose the date that you made the boo boo

WinME, boot with your startup disk and enter the same command
