Crash Problem
For no reason and absoulty no warning my computer will restart. After it re-boots i get a message that says "Windows has recovered from a serious error." I have heard it may be a virus and have sweeped my system w/ 2 differnet virus programs and also spyware programs and nothing has fixed it. Any suggestions?

Check your eventlog for the error; and disable auto-reboot on crash (CONTROL PANEL > SYSTEM > ADVANCED > Startup & Recovery - SETTINGS > Uncheck automatically restart)
When you say that "nothing has fixed it" did you find any virus or spyware? Were they updated antivirus programs? Which one? |
