hep me hep me!
i don't know if this is a i.e. problem or an xp problem, i rather think my browser setting are messed up, but i can't seen to correct it by going in internet options and defaulting all settings. the problem is that when i open internet explorer, or any page from internet explorer, the new window just shows on the bar below, it won't open on the screen. i have to click on it on the bar, and open it manually, and it's a hassle...anyone had this problem and know the correction? thanks

How are you opening Internet Explorer? Are you double clicking on an icon on the desktop? Try right clicking on the icon, choose Properties and in the Shortcut tab, look for the Run: option and make sure it's not set to Minimized.
