Changing who XP is registered to?

I was recently re-installing an OEM copy of Windows XP home with SP1 and, in the box where you put the system admin login, I just put in my first name. When I went into System Properties, my PC is registered to just my first name, not my whole name as I had wanted. Now when I install any program, it defaults to being registered to my first name as well. Is there a way to change the name that it's registered to?

You can either do this manually by editing the registry or by using the utility provided by this website, at the bottom they give you the option to download the utility.

Run Regedit and navigate to the following location.

Hkey_Local_Machine\Software\Microsoft\WindowsNT\CurrentVersion

Double click on your name in the right hand pane and change it.

Great, thanks a lot!

I used Hal's method of manually changing the registry so I would learn more and in case I needed to do it again but didn't have access to the above program. But thanks for both replies!
