HP Keeps Restarting?
My friend's computer had video card problems. It was sent back to HP. When it came back, we tried to set up the internet, but everytime we go to new connection, the computer just restarts. Should it go back to HP?

Just my opinion,but yes I would send it back,explain to them what it`s doing and make them fix it to your satisfaction or replace it altogether.
